I、 Operation requirements
(1) All channels of our company do not include the inspection fee of goods at the export and import customs, the pre-pull, the pre-pull, the second reservation fee, the frame and other additional fees caused by the inspection, the warehouse rental fee caused by amazon's warehouse explosion, etc., please consider them separately.

(2) please self-help order in our system before delivery, make sure to provide the Shipment ID & Reference ID, truthfully fill in the Packing list (both in English and Chinese), confirm if charged, whether they contain wooden frame or wood packaging, provide the accurate value, material is qualitative, brand, Packing list finally confirmed by shipper, export customs declaration with customs data, please provide a complete set of customs declaration information (Packing list and invoice, electronic accredit a power of attorney, customs declaration, commodity declaration elements list), such as shipper's own importer, please in front of the order must be inside the system and the mail inform us.

(3) Before shipment, it is necessary to confirm whether the products can be shipped normally, so as to avoid huge losses caused by existing problems after shipment. Customs declaration and classification for export tax rebate should be correct, so as to avoid the delay of wrongly classified goods detected by the customs. Prepare all the materials to be prepared before shipment. Please confirm the payment terms with the sales before shipment so as not to affect the subsequent release and delivery; Please kindly remind the customer to declare the product name according to the facts and not to declare low, such as due to low declaration caused by inspection, cargo deduction, inspection fee, delay, anti-dumping, all the responsibilities will be borne by the customer!

(4)FBA LABEL should be attached to two adjacent sides, but it should not be attached to the top/bottom of the box. Due to the non-standard LABEL attached by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to scan the code and enter the warehouse with few pieces. According to the requirements of the customs, each product and carton should show the origin "Made in China". If the goods cannot enter the country of destination due to the failure to label as required, our company will not be liable for any additional expenses.

(5) If the shipment or container cannot be shipped or picked up due to typhoon, customs closure, dock strike, customs inspection and other force majeure, and the delay time or even the demurrage fee is incurred, our company shall not bear the corresponding responsibility; If the customs at the port of destination needs to provide additional documents related to customs clearance, please actively cooperate and provide; If not, the responsibility and consequence will be borne by the guest.

(6) Use our company's tax number for customs clearance. Due to the trade secrets of foreign trade, the tax rate is subject to the pre-collected tax rate. Our company does not provide the tariff list and tax screenshot; In the event of anti-dumping or substantial tariff adjustment by the customs when the goods arrive at the port for customs clearance, our company will provide vouchers to collect the difference of tariff. If the customer requires to pay the customs duty on the basis of the tax bill and invoice after customs clearance, we will charge the handling charge of customs duty payment (5% of the total amount of customs payment);

(7) During the second transportation, if the amazon warehouse fails to receive the goods on time, other additional expenses (such as waiting fee, second delivery towing fee) incurred due to the timely delivery and the need for second appointment delivery are reimbursed by the customer;

(8) If the goods need to be handled in the destination port, please pay special attention to: all customers' temporary fasteners or change of address business can only be applied before the port of shipment leaves the warehouse. Once the goods leave the warehouse, no fasteners will be provided. If the goods are withheld or the address is changed after the ETD, our company does not guarantee that the new instructions can be implemented, and we will charge RMB350/BILL for changing the instructions. The extra storage, distribution and delivery costs will be subject to the actual production, and all the responsibilities and costs arising therefrom will be borne by the customer alone! Pay special attention to our direct line to America. We do not provide the goods deduction or the address of rescheduling. Please make sure that the payment is made to us within 5 days after the ETD.

(9) In order to guarantee the time limit, the receivables shall be paid within 7 days after the ETD of the goods. If the payment fails to be made in time, additional warehouse and container rent and other expenses incurred at the port of destination shall be borne by the customer;

(10) All the warehouses in the destination port only provide 5 free storage days, and the overdue charge is RMB35/CBM/DAY(minimum charge is RMB315/DAY).

(11) For all goods shipped to FBA or transshipped through overseas warehouses, our company is not responsible for counting the SKU quantity in the container and measuring the SKU size. If the actual data on the shelf does not conform to the forecast or the resulting customs risk, our company is not responsible;

(12) Delivery requirements:
A. Do not declare at A low price. If the declaration at A low price results in customs inspection, anti-dumping, goods withholding or delay, our company will not assume any responsibility. It is recommended that no less than 25-35% of the sales price be declared.
B.The HSCODE provided by the customer is only for reference. Our company has the right to determine the customs code and tax rate in accordance with the principles of customs clearance abroad. Our company does not accept that the customer can find the customs code and force us to declare the low tax rate in order to reduce the tariff.
C. The consignor shall be held liable for any product imitation, counterfeiting or infringement of the customer's products, and our company shall also pursue other liabilities for compensation arising therefrom.              
D. Please confirm all shipping information, including packing list and invoice, before volume confirmation. We will not accept any change in the value of the goods after the departure of the vessel.
E. All the time limitation of our company shall be calculated as Day1 from the ETD after the departure of the ship. In the following cases, the time limitation shall not be calculated (including but not limited to), such as customs inspection, domestic and foreign public holidays, strikes, weather and other uncontrollable factors.

II、Product name requirements
According to the dangerous goods listed in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Rules and the National standard Dangerous Goods Name List, at present, the names of goods not accepted by our warehouse are as follows (including but not limited to the following names) :
(1) Explosives: explosives, detonators, gunpowder, bullets, fireworks, firecrackers, etc.;

(2) Flammable gases: lighters, lighter oil, air freshener, mousse (hair gel, hair styling agent), liquefied gas, fire extinguisher, etc.;

(3) Flammable liquids: paint, alcohol, liquor, adhesive, adhesive, acetone, gasoline, diesel, water, glue, adhesive, ink, setting water, nail polish, perfume, etc.;

(4) Flammable solids: matches, sulfur, gelatin, nitro group, phosphorus, magnesium, table tennis, candles, etc.;

(5) Toxic substances: arsenic, nicotine, cyanide, potassium cyanide, insecticide, pesticide, etc.;

(6) Corrosion products: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, mercury, hydrogen peroxide, electroplating solution, battery, cleaning solution, clean water, etc.;

(7) Miscellaneous: airbag, solar mobile power, calligraphy and painting, antiques, second-hand goods;

(8) Imitation card: Any imitation card goods can be found in the registration information on the customs websites of China Customs and other countries/regions are prohibited from entering the warehouse, non-brand goods need to provide brand declaration;

(9) reject products with FDA registration number (food/drugs (< including pet food, drugs >, medical devices/consumables, eyeglasses, direct oral contact, cosmetics, massage, crutches, radiation and other peripheral products);

(10) Children and infant products (such as baby baskets and cribs, cribs beside the bed, strollers, baby swings, toys containing lead paint, etc.)

(11) Bicycles, mountain bikes and peripheral products related to human safety protection, such as helmets, protective gear and other peripheral products, are rejected;

(12) Refuse to take animal skin, hair peripheral products, electrical appliances (household) related products;

(13) Reject laser, oil painting (imitation), books, audio-visual products and peripheral products;

(14) refusal to accept anti-dumping products;

Other restricted goods: goods not included in the above list of dangerous goods and other goods with inflammable, explosive and corrodible marks on the outer package, please provide product description, MSDS and letter of guarantee at the time of delivery (confirm whether the goods can be put into the warehouse after approval).

III、Customs clearance matters
(1) For example, Bluetooth, UL, BLUETOOTH products should have Bluetooth certificate, UL light products, UL certificate, FCC,DOT, etc.

(2) MEDICAL DEVICE ID (FDA) is required for products regulated by FDA: for products that contact with human body, MEDICAL devices need to be declared by FDA. For some products, FDA certificate and FDA number are required to be declared by FDA, such as sunglasses, first aid kits, ceramic products, beauty instruments, physiotherapy products, etc.  

(3) Animals and plants: the products require health certificates;   

(4) Wooden category: Products and products containing wooden frames shall be declared under the LACEY ACT.

(5) Toys: The TRACKING LABEL of toys should be attached when the toys are sent to the United States for customs clearance. In addition, the CPC certificate needs to be provided. The goods can only be received after these materials are completed. If not, the goods may be confiscated or returned. However, the final decision of the Customs shall prevail. Any penalty, refund of freight and inspection fee incurred shall be borne by the customer.

(6) For electrical appliances, FCC certification is required, and the products should be labeled with CE LABEL. Otherwise, the products may not be cleared or returned.        

(7) Storage: If the goods are related to the intellectual property Protection law, the authorization letter shall be provided. Such as mobile phones, video recorders with storage function,MP3, SD card,HDMI and so on;             

(8) Shoes/socks: Please provide FOOTWARE FORM,

(9) Auto parts peripheral category: Please provide DOT HS7 FORM for the product
